User Operations Manager (Institutional & KA Clients)   

I. Job Description 
1.    Responsible for the growth of global Key Accounts and building the client operating system at the KA department. Responsible for the Operations Strategy on KA; observe consumer demands and explore scenarios for reaching clients and lead conversion 
2.    Create Client Persona through user surveys, industry standard practice, data analysis. Spot localized consumer demands globally, build and monitor channel/product Sales Funnel Metrics so as to analyze user behavior and solve customer conversion pain points.
3.    Achieve increased the market share by formulating the growth strategy of KA clientele after analyzing the transaction structure of the platform, by interacting with the platform PI (Professional Investors) & Consumer operations and by diversifying transactions modes on the platform.
4.    Focusing on the user’s mind, we will create KA user growth tools and attain the second growth curve of the B-end business with the differentiated services and scenario marketing innovation.
5.    Upgrade the traffic source of internal and external institutions and localization user growth system. Improve the quality of user activity and retention by targeted localization and customer segmentation while focusing on user’s whole lifecycle. 

II. Job Requirements 
1.    Full-time bachelor degree or above
2.    1-3 years experience in User Operations.
3.    Experience in building an operation system from square one is preferred. And experience in Internet Finance, blockchain ant other high ARPU industries’ operations preferred.
4.    Have a keen insight into the blockchain industry. Familiar with the Consumer Segmentation and Client Persona in the industry. Relevant industry experience is preferred.
5.    Able to handle pressure and high-intensity work. Retain curiosity to the industry and maintain entrepreneurship
