• Strong DeFi Experience: Minimum 5+ years in decentralized finance (DeFi), working on yield farming, liquidity pools, synthetic assets, and blockchain-based financial instruments.

• Smart Contract Development: Expertise in Solidity, Rust, or Move for developing and securing DeFi smart contracts. Proven experience in deploying EVM-compatible and layer-2 solutions.

• Tokenization & RWA Knowledge: Deep understanding of real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, synthetic assets, and on-chain financial structuring.

• Blockchain Infrastructure & Oracles: Hands-on experience with Chainlink oracles, liquidity mining, and DeFi risk management.

• Security & Compliance: Strong knowledge of DeFi security risks, MEV protection, smart contract audits.

🔹 ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES IN RWARD

• Oversee RWARD’s Tech Infrastructure: Lead the development and security of the smart contract ecosystem for asset onboarding, VR-token issuance, and DeFi integration.

• Build & Manage the Tech Team: Recruit and oversee developers, auditors, and protocol engineers.

• Engage with DeFi Partners: Act as the technical face of RWARD, collaborating with TOKENY, SMARTCHAIN, AAVE, MORPHO, MERIA, etc.

• Shape the Roadmap: Help scale RWARD by developing new DeFi strategies, integrating oracles, and improving user experience on the investor platform.
